1. Introduction and Acceptance

Any account found to be a duplicate will be closed and any balance held within it voided without compensation.

2.3 Accurate Information

Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any balance held at the time of closure.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Upon termination of your account for cause, ba4444 reserves the right to void any pending withdrawals and retain any balance held in the account. Upon voluntary closure of your account, any eligible balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Dispute Resolution
